Our Teachers Are Unqualified
It’s not their fault they aren’t neuropsychology experts.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how in the world I went 29 years without realizing I am autistic and ADHD. I keep thinking “Why didn’t the teachers notice?”
I could give you plenty of reasons:
Autism and ADHD can present differently in girls and anyone who’s not a 5-year-old white boy (which is… most of us).
